The Telosian League was created by the government of Telos IV to promote the planet within the Republic. The Jedi and the Republic are too caught up in the war to give Telos IV the aid it needs as it slides into extreme poverty. After its almost complete destruction at the hands of the Sith, Telos has become easy prey for Sith and criminals alike. We seek the support of soldiers, Jedi, mercenaries, merchants, politicians, and any citizen of the Republic willing to aid Telos and bring it back to its former glory among the Republic. Telos has been pushed around by the Exchange, the Cartel and the Sith. The Telosian League has set up several bases of operations around the galaxy in order to secure resources for itself.

The Imperial Reclamation Service SFD is an elite task force assembled under Overseer Evaron for the distinct purpose of infiltrating enemy held, dangerous or simply unknown areas to retrieve valuable artifacts. Its purpose is similar to the Reclamation Service itself, but with enough autonomy to allow it to recruit who it wants, and operate where it wants.

Ahrimann

Editorial Note: These are several accounts written by my apprentice before her death at the hands of Adego Lorek. I am including it in this particular archive so that any wishing to understand the situation surrounding her death, and more specifically the absence of my own retribution, may achieve such an understanding through the reading of what has been provided below. In short, my insufferably over-ambitious apprentice finally overstepped her bounds with our Mandalorian associate, and she faced the consequences for doing so.  Such fates are common amongst those who are incapable of comprehending the true value of knowledge for its own sake, and their removal from this universe is not a passing that necessitates regret.

Lord Ahrimann, Imperial Reclamation Service

From “The Discovery of Darkness” by Apprentice Velicia

When I first set out to write this autobiography of mine, I thought it would actually live up to the title. Unfortunately, the darkness I have discovered is one of a different kind – the kind that Jedi typically associate darkness with – hopelessness. Here, three years ago, I set out to discover the secrets of the Dark Side with the renowned Lord Ahrimann. After all, what self-respecting Acolyte could pass up the opportunity to discover greater power from one who had such an exhaustive library of holocrons and dark side artifacts as Lord Ahrimann? Yet now I write this not to praise the man, but to ask that any self-respecting member of our order call this man in for immediate interrogation due to his deviance from our traditions.

What I found was that this library of his was much less focussed on the Dark Side itself and more of anything that apparently peaked his interest in the slightest. There was everything from daggers and swords used by Naga Sadow and Ajunta Pall to hair collected from a rare species of Bantha on Tatooine. In fact, these worthless discoveries far outweighed any true value in his library – if one should even grace it with such a name…

Here, my former apprentice babbles on to ignorantly elaborate on several of my Library’s attractions which she blindingly deems insignificant. She eventually confronted me on my “worthlessness,” and having had enough of her close minded short-sightedness, I gave her a duty which was fitting of her simplistic mind-set. The hope was, of course, that she might actually learn something in the process.

 <Next Relative Entry>

Ahrimann assigned me to guard duty at his library. Honestly, I didn’t complain. It got me away from his constant ramblings about the differences between Upari and Adegan crystals, and instead placed me somewhere that I could finally see some real action. Contrary to the reality of things, Ahrimann’s library was considered legendary, and many mercenaries and agents of all sorts came to see what they could steal from it. I relished getting the opportunity to finally show my power as I gutted the first few to stumble upon it.

Unfortunately, I eventually made the mistake of leaving one alive and bringing the man to Ahrimann for questioning. When Ahrimann found out that the man was a member of the SIS, the two then had a conversation over a glass of wine about the intricacies of espionage and the tactics of deception. I at least was given the pleasure of introducing this agent to carbon freezing, and he is now part of the collection.

And why not? Should you kill a man from whom you may still have something to learn?

<Final Entry>

Ahrimann hired some worthless Mandalorians to run mercenary work for him, further proving his weakness as a Sith Lord. I quickly acquainted myself with this Adego Lorek and showed him who the superior being was. He spoke to me in their barbaric tongue and threatened to shoot me the next time, but I would expect nothing less from a brute. I can’t take this insufferable fool Ahrimann any longer! I have patiently waited, repeatedly contacting other inquisitors to look into this weak abomination upon our order, but with no response from any of them. It’s time I take matters into my own hands and kill this disease before it grows any further!

Her attempt was laughable at best. She confronted me with several charges that she had drawn up and proclaimed it was time to replace her master. I, of course, was very busy at the time, so I departed from the room half-way during her spout of idiocy. From Adego Lorek’s account, she became so enraged by my departure that she leapt into the air to strike at him. In this moment she made one final act of blind ignorance in underestimating the kind of person that I would choose to hire. Adego is quite quick on the draw, and her smoking corpse fell short of the Mandalorian.

Evaron
Dataspike clearance X525100 Override. Subject Evaron Andros

Skills: Sith Alchemy, Leadership and recruitment, psychological manipulation, political maneuvering. Some sith training.
Added Note: Evaron's prowess as a sith if often created from fabricated web of rumors and lies designed to make him seem more powerful than he is. In addition to this Evaron seems to have an inate ability bend the will of others to serve his designs, it is unclear if this is psychological manipulation or some sith magic but his ability to gain allies has always been his formost strength a rarity among sith.

The confession of Evaron Andros Dark Lord of the Sith
To be given to my son or his children upon my death.
To whoever is reading this. Know that what I did. I did for my family. However, this does not mean I do not feel guilt for them.
I was born a slave on Korriban. I knew I had some force prowess but I had managed to keep it secret from my imperial masters. I met another slave Anora, who was the light of my world in that dark dark place. But I am a greedy man. We knew that a relationship would catch the eyes of our masters. We pledged ourselves to on another, called each other husband and wife in the dark of a mud hovel. No ceremony but a simple promise between two people. I had wanted to protect her...I knew that any children we had would only be slaves destined for nothing but pain and death. But lust overtook us both. She had a son, I was equally overjoyed and horrified. I knew we could not keep him secret. But what was even worse was when I sensed the strong force within him. We had no choice. I used ever last favor and little money I could scrap together just to get a smuggler to take my child Yassac to the steps of the Jedi Temple.

But in my efforts to spirit my son away, I had revealed my own force power to my imperial masters. I was sent off to sith training. My wife Anora stayed on Korriban. I would sneak out to see her whenever possible. But when I was sent off world...that was where it all changed. I was not the most powerful of sith, but I got lucky when I was apprenticed by a sith lord Hecate. Under her I studied sith alchemy. I had found my calling. Sith alchemy came to me naturally to me. Hecate was impressed by me and she revealed to me that she was a former Dathomir witch. We reveled in the secret powers we both had. She eventually taught me her witchcraft and we grew our power together. But my poor Anora...my visits to her became fewer and fewer and my admiration for Hecate grew. I do not know where exactly I went wrong. Maybe it was as soon as I embraced the dark side of the force. Maybe as soon as I left Anora behind. But as the force freed me from my bonds as a slave I saw the whole galaxy before me...and I wanted it all.

Hecate and I soon became more than master and apprentice. We were partners in ever sense of the word. Do not mistake me. I never forgot about Anora. I managed to buy her, I realized I could have freed her...but I did not want to let her go either. I am...ever a greedy man. I commissioned her to serve in my tower that Hecate and I owned. I don't know what I thought would happen. I would lay with both my wife and Hecate on different nights. Hecate didn't seem to care but even though my wife and I were reunited, Anora was distant. She told me she barely recognized me any more she wanted to be free.

I was angry with Anora. I don't know why any more. But...I was. I hated that she wasn't happy. After all I had sacrificed for her! Soon it reached a point where I did not want Anora there any more than she did. But do not mistake me. I did not want my Anora to be thrown out onto the streets of Kaas city only to be enslaved again. Hecate and I had been studying the lost sith arts of creature creation. I began researching this art in earnest. Soon we were able to create a creature of immense power and strength. Hecate was interested in making a army of these beings. This first creature was the prototype and I did not tell Hecate but I was going to bind the creature and command it to protect myself and Anora. Hecate and I had finally finished the creature and all that was left was to wake it up. But upon waking it I felt it's extreme power overwhelmed all of us in the tower. It wasn't just an animal. It somehow had intelligence. It spoke. It thought. I reached out with the force in ways I did not know possible. It learned at an impossible rate. Soon it was smarter than Hecate or I.

I knew I had to bind him before he grew too powerful. But Hecate beat me to it. She had a similar plan to mine. I had failed to see it but Hecate had grown jealous of the attention I gave to Anora. She bound the beast to herself and ordered it to kill me. Though to everyone's surprise the creature did not obey. It turned on Hecate and consumed her life force killing her slowly. I turned to run and the beast called out my name. "Evaron" It said. I should have kept running but I turned back to face it. It told me it sensed my fear, and relished it. The creature had taken the life force of Hecate and it changed him somehow. He now seemed to feed on the fear of others. I had only learned that too late. The creature was able to read my mind and sensed all my greatest fears. He learned of Anora and Yassac in an instant. He tore through the tower until he found Anora. I tried with all my might to stop him. But the beast was to strong. I was prying on his arms while he choked the life out of Anora. My fear of losing her only made the creature stronger. I could do nothing to stop him. So when he turned to me I thought it was all over. But the creature let me live, it told me that he was my son and that I was to call him Yessek. Some kind of wretched mirror to my son Yassac. The creature told me to run it reveled in my fear. I ran far away but only realized too late  that as long as I lived the creature was feeding on my fear. I had considered taking my own life until I realized Yessek was going to pursue Yassac as well.
I was left at a paradox. My life and fear sustained Yessek but I knew I had to protect my true son Yassac and the rest of the galaxy from this horrid thing I had created. Soon it became a mad rush to build my powerbase I needed resources to combat this creature. But Yessek did the same. We raced to build our power.
I don't know how long I will be able to keep up with Yessek. He doesn't attack me directly but I know he is waiting or the right time to strike. I got lucky when I met a brash sith by the name of Ahrimann, whom was struggling with his leadership of an imperial reclamation service team. I worked with him to commission a new task force branch beside the service. I called it the Special Forces Division. Ahrimann seemed pleased with this new group that would allow him far more freedom for the Imperial Reclamations to work around the galaxy and I suddenly had a new addition to my power base...hopefully one that could help me defeat Yessek. Only time will tell.

Zyvan

What follows is an open letter to the commanders of the Imperial Reclamation Special Forces Division. Do with it as you see fit.

Colonel Kasteen, Imperial Special Forces Commander, 19th Company, Balmorra

Dear SFD Commanders,

I am writing this letter of my own volition to express my concerns over one of your latest transfers, Zyvan. Although all protocol has been followed and I can find no true fault, I find the nature of his transfer somewhat suspicious. However, since you will most likely blame me for jealousy over losing a valuable soldier, I will elaborate on some history for you.

Major Zyvan joined the ranks at the age of 18, already possessing several basic skills that were honed into him by his military family. Starting off as a private, he showed incredible marksmanship and was quickly elevated to sergeant, where he was put in charge of his own squad. Under his command, the so-called “HK-4” (4 for the four members of the squad) eliminated several key enemy officers on numerous battlefields across the galaxy.

Naturally, I noticed his successful career and took an interest. Zyvan was invited to leave his squad and join our “One shot-two kills” initiative, which served to train elite marksman into deadly assassins with skills to rival that of Imperial Intelligence itself.  Zyvan was transferred here to Balmorra where we had him track down and eliminate several key targets that led to the initial surrender of the planet to the Empire. Unfortunately, by the time the Republic mounted its counter-strike against our forces on Balmorra, I had made the mistake of promoting Zyvan to Major and placing him over his own sniper school on Dromund Fels.

It is at this point that I became concerned with his career. Out of nowhere, this elite marksman who had never shown any deviance from the military mind-set, who unquestionably followed his tasks through to the very end, suddenly began requesting a transfer to the Imperial Reclamation Service. I highly opposed the decision, and contacted several in the Service to say what I say now – that the man has never displayed any interest in archaeology at all.

However, my protests became mute as several high ranking officers in both the Army and the Service suddenly took interest in what was going on and persuaded the local Moff to override my decision that Zyvan not be transferred. Their excuse was that he would be transferred to the SFD, where his sniper and survival skills could still be of use. They also claimed that his service on Dromund Fels had most likely peaked his interest in archaeology and the value of it, since it is such a huge world for the Reclamation Service. However, the sheer suddenness of it all, combined with the random interest of officers who, to my knowledge, have never even met Zyvan, causes me to question what is going on. Someone, or some group of someones, is pulling some strings here.

I can no longer interfere or investigate Zyvan’s career as I have neither the authorization nor the time to do so, but as one commander to another I ask that you not ignore my concerns. Watch him closely. He may be extremely loyal to you, but I fear that something hidden is at work here.

Report from the Bounty Hunter Cyrus to Moff Greiss

A year now on the trail of this bounty of yours and I haven’t been able to find much. I called in a couple favors from some other hunters and this is all I managed to gather: namely, that an armored man had been seen around some of the… <error>…from what I know of them, having a Chiss among their ranks is very unusual. They… <error>…If the rumors are true, he shouldn’t be hard to find. I’ll report back to you when I have more.

CYRUS: I’m done! I’ve been searching the galaxy for this Chiss of yours for three years now and NOTHING! This job isn’t worth the pay. I’ve been missing out on more interesting bounties all this time all for you stupid imps!
GREISS: You signed up for this job! You will finish it! The empire doesn’t forgive failure, even from outsiders like you.
*Two troopers block the door*
CYRUS: Why? What’s so important about this operative?
GREISS: I’ve told you already. He is former Intelligence and has far too much sensitive information with which he could destroy our Empire!
CYRUS: Then tell me, has he caused any harm in any of these last 5 years? You don’t even know if the man is still alive! The only reason you want him is because your idiot Sith master has a personal grudge against him!
GREISS: He disobeyed direct orders from that Sith!
CYRUS: A disobedience that saved the lives of hundreds of your own men! Maybe if your Sith overlords weren’t so obsessed with killing their own people, they could actually find this guy. Oh no..WAIT! You killed his handlers didn’t you? You practically cleaned up the trail for this fugitive yourselves! No wonder you don’t know where he has gone!
GREISS: How dare you speak this way about our Master! Guards! Arrest this man!
